Our Access system provides non-browser based Internet access that is also private and secure. Access operates on a server to server link that works especially well with networks.
To further support our customers' needs, we have the Trans Union Equifax Solution Center. It is a single point of contact for general customer concerns and requests, as well as database inquiries. In addition to extensive business hours, the Center also maintains network service personnel who are available for customer technical assistance twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
